Registration

For presentation of all papers and/or to attend the conference you have to register for the conference.

Registration Fees :

Category IEEE	From August 3

Non-member	€ 750
IEEE Student Member	€ 288
Student Non-member	€ 360
IEEE Lifetime Member	€ 360
Workshops only *	€ 65

The above fees are in EUROS, French VAT included (19.6%).
Accommodation, lunches and ordinary dinners are not included. 

Regular registration fees (IEEE member, non-member or life member) include :
participation and admission to the worshops and conference sessions
congress kit and badge
digital proceedings
breaks
two social events (welcome/farewell)
gala dinner at The Moulin Rouge

Student registration fees include the above prestations except the gala dinner.

Extra banquet tickets
Accompanying persons and students can get an extra ticket for the gala dinner at the Moulin Rouge for 158 €.
It is possible to get an extra ticket at the time of registration or at the reception desk at the time of the conference.
Note:  due to capacity constraints, extra banquet tickets may be limited.

* Workshop Fees
Workshops will be held on Sunday, September 9th.
Conference registration is required for those who want to attend workshops only (not full conference).
Workshop registration fee : 65 € (from July 31).

Cancellation
Cancellation and refund are possible until August 15, 2012 on email request at ro-man2012@isty.uvsq.fr.
40 € will be deducted from refund to cover the cost of handling.
